  1. It breaks at the end (missing image), we should try to fix it.
Love the style and intrigued by the story but afaik it’s completely linear, it could have been a powerpoint or comic.

  2. I’m assuming this is a glitch? Though as far as glitches go, this one is well-timed.

  3. hmm so I loved the visuals. The narrative is really nice but I don’t think I had very much choice in anything. The only thing I’d fix is how the banner for text covers up some of the images at the bottom. It’s usually not a big deal, but since the majority of the information in some of the pictures is at the bottom. Otherwise great job!

  4. Very funny piece. The images were really compelling and the main character was strangely weird and almost sympathetic, but mostly just weird. I have to agree with everyone else though about the lack of choice. I didn’t feel any agency as a player. I think you could potentially keep his kind of stumbling personality by maybe giving more options that still end up with bumbling outcomes.

  5. I don’t know what kind of feelings you wanted to evoke here, but I’d say you were quite effective. Every single slide made me disgusted and I wanted to punch the guy in the face. The pig-like attitude and appearance of the main character was also quite helpful in creating this sentiment. (Note: In the first screen, the grey on white text is quite hard to read, and I thought I was looking at a blank screen.)

  6. Pretty much everything I came here to say has already been said. I think there is a way to hide the black bar in RenPy. The story is pretty funny — I didn’t feel there were any consequences to what I did though.
Great work on the visuals though, you must’ve put a good amount of time into it. I liked the text effect, which for me drew the line between the normal and abnormal statements.

  7. Great drawings. There is something interesting in the contrast between beautiful visuals and the creepy theme. For most of it the protagonist could just be an eccentric but innocuous guy in a nudist beach. You could have played with that ambiguity and allowed for more choices.
Too bad for the black bar and the strange silhouette glitch, I thought we solved it.
